Do you stage every room?
Yes. Our vacant whole-home staging service is designed
to create a cohesive, welcoming presentation throughout
the home rather than staging only a handful of rooms.
Do you work with Realtors and homeowners?
Yes. The Listing Lift primarily works with Realtors,
but homeowners may also hire us directly for staging
and consultations.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible is best, especially during busy
listing seasons. Contact us as soon as you have an
approximate listing or staging date and we’ll discuss
availability.
How much does home staging cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property and the
service needed. Our Pricing page provides straightforward
rates for vacant whole-home staging, occupied staging,
and consultations.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Spokane County, Stevens County, Pend Oreille
County, Lincoln County, and communities throughout
North Idaho.
Do you offer occupied staging?
Yes. Occupied staging focuses on using and arranging
the homeowner’s existing furnishings while identifying
changes that will help the property photograph and show
at its best.
What happens during a consultation?
We walk through the property and provide practical
recommendations for furniture placement, presentation,
editing, décor, and other changes that can help prepare
the home for market.
Can you stage outdoor spaces too?
Yes. When appropriate, outdoor living areas are considered
part of the overall presentation so buyers experience a
cohesive property inside and out.
Ready to elevate your listing?
Let’s create a space buyers connect with from the moment they walk in.
